The vacation resort “MILJES-APARTMENTS” is a family-owned business and was built in 1991 on the outskirts of Olympiada, a small fishing village on the third „finger” of the CHALKIDIKI peninsula. Mountains and the sea sourround the village. Diese Kombination macht unsere Gegend sehr attraktiv.
We rent out six vacation apartments that are built in a bungalow-like style and which are lovingly furnished. Special attention is given to cleanliness, and hospitality and friendliness are highly valued here.Many of our guests greatly appreciate this and have been our regular guests for many years. This is also reflected in our motto: You arrive as a guest and leave as a friend.

Sunny Room Appartment
All holiday apartments are built in a bungalow-style and have a living area of 40 square meters, furnished with love and care. Two separate rooms – 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 living room with a kitchenette made of natural wood, fully equipped, and a bathroom with a shower and shower cabin – provide the ideal living space for two people. However, there is also space for a third person.
The Village
Olympiada is a small picturesque village located directly by the sea at the root of the third “finger” of the CHALKIDIKI peninsula, approximately 87 km away from Thessaloniki. Tall mountains and rich vegetation offer a pleasant stay. The heart of life here is the idyllic beach promenade, lovingly designed, which invites leisurely strolls both during the day and especially in the evening. It is lined with various family-owned restaurants (offering Greek and international cuisine), taverns, and beach bars, all of which entice with their sea views.

The village beach is well-maintained, and the sea is very clean – our village is renowned and beloved for that. The area, especially Olympiada, is characterized by exceptional water quality, beautiful sandy beaches, and coves that invite you to swim, snorkel, and sunbathe – perfect for a lovely and relaxing vacation in Greece.

Der perfekte Ort für Entspannung. Seit vielen Jahren kommt meine Familie hier her und genießt die tolle Gastfreundschaft der Betreiber, die mittlerweile zu guten Freunden geworden sind. Die beiden betreiben Miljes Apartments wirklich mit Herz und Leidenschaft. Mittlerweile sind wir alle erwachsen und lieben diese Ferienoase noch genauso wie vor fast 30 Jahren.
Es gibt hier alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht, kann wunderbar abschalten und kommt wirklich zur Ruhe.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig und voll ausgestattet. Der Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein und das Dorf Olympiada ist nur einen Steinwurf zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad entfernt!
Wir kommen jedes Jahr und werden es auch weiterhin tun 🙂

Wir kamen als Gäste, 1994, und sind als Freunde gegangen - und immer wieder gekommen. Für uns ist das Apartment wie ein zweites Zuhause. Hier kann man sich nur wohlfühlen! Man hat alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr – hier kann man wunderbar die Seele baumeln lassen und sich rundum erholen. Die wunderschöne Anlage, die mit Herz gestaltet ist zusammen mit dem idyllischen Fischer-Dorf mit Tavernen und kindertauglichem Strand bietet in Summe Urlaubsglück für die ganze Familie - also eine Top-Empfehlung für alle Familien oder auch Paare aus Deutschland, die genau das Suchen - Urlaub bei Freunden.
